Terms for Fees Payment

Fees to be made before first lesson of the month to 88693454 via PayNow. Coach reserves the right to not allow learners to attend class if the fees are not received and in full.
Fees will be charged when your child is unable to attend for any reason.
For bad weather, land-based training will be conducted if lesson have started and it will be considered a lesson.
For lesson that have not started due to bad weather, a make-up lesson or time extension can be arranged subject to instructor’s availability. There is strictly no deduction and/ or refund of swimming lessons fees.
Fees will not be charged in the event where instructor cancel the class and when there is no class due to public holiday.
Monthly fees paid is for 4 lessons of 45 minutes. For example, there are 5 Fridays in May 2025, the last Friday is known as the 5th week and there will be no lessons, unless otherwise stated.

Do ensure that your child arrives at least 10 minutes before the lesson commence, this is to allow your child to use the toilet and prepare their mind before the start of the lesson. Being on time or late will reduce the practice time and disrupt the lesson flow.
Ensure that your child understands the danger of water and follows basic water safety tips:
No wandering out of sight from the coach
- Listen to coach’s instructions at all times
- Ask for coach’s permission for toilet break(s)
- No running around the pool area
Coach reserve the rights to stop your child from attending lesson where he/she may potentially cause danger to self or others. Your child will be asked to leave the pool to be on dry land.

Media taken will be product of Swim Bright and may be used in its marketing and any other purposes.

While the coach strives to always keep the learners safe, we will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending the swimming classes and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
